The list includes Collections [C] -- not whole sets, but often early sequences in an ongoing series -- and one-offs, by author. (My wife and I are both mystery fans and often end up duplicating books, hence some extras listed here we wouldn't relinquish otherwise.) Note that collections are by no means complete, but often contain the first few in a series now out of print. Ideally, if you want them, you should buy the lot, as I am reluctant to sell just #2 and #7 out of 13, or whatever, finding that repulsive to my collector's mind. In fact, the price of a book yanked out of a series will cost you triple what you'd pay per book if you bought the lot!
Note: They are all (mostly) in very good shape, as I am a careful reader and avoid dog-earing pages or breaking spines -- and in fact often use plastic tape on the latter (not the cellophane tape that turns yellow and dries out). One caveat is that in many cases my name is written on the upper left of the front inside cover, a compulsive habit I developed after lending books and rarely getting them back.
This list will expand over the next few weeks.
[$14 for whole set, $6 per individual book -- note some covers detached from spine because of defective glue by publisher (easily fixable with Elmer's)]
[$22 for whole set, $6 per individual book]
[$2 each -- in case you wonder, I don't have the notable Firefox books any more, or not accessible anyway]

Since I can't handle credit cards, I request that you submit your order in writing and mail me a personal check (or money order, if people use those any more); cash is OK too if you trust the mails; specify how you want the books sent, default being book-rate slow postage (US) -- I'll send you a bill later for the mailing cost, no charge for so-called 'handling'. I hope you are a trusting and trustworthy person, as I like to think I am. Books on the list that have already been sold will be marked with a para sign (¶) as soon as I process an order. You can return any order, the complete order (not just one book because it has a gravy stain in it), for a refund for any reason EXCEPT that you read through it and didn't like it after all, up to a month after receipt.
E-mail warning: I have a spam blocker in my e-mail (300 junk messages a day became just too much to handle), so you will be asked to submit an 'allow sender' request if you are not in my address book. Please do so, and put 'Book Order' in your subject line.
Once a set is broken up, the price per remaining book will be $2.50. Those with natural criminal tendencies will see that the triple price scheme can be subverted, since it only applies to the person who first breaks up a set. In general, books are $2 apiece, or three for $5. You can get coverless books for much less, or beat-up copies at garage sales, but the ones on offer here are in good shape.
